Hypnotic and entrancing from the first sip, our potent sleep tea combines the most powerful of herbal sedatives, such as valerian root, camomile, St. John's wort and lavender, and balances them with an array of fruit and herbs that taste far too good to be free of malevolent meddling.

Brewing instructions: 2-3g, 5-7mins, 100°, 200ml
Ingredients: Apple, Lavender, Camomile, St. John's wort, Lemon balm, Liquorice, Fennel, Peppermint, Valerian, Natural Flavours (organic compliant)
Tasting notes: Soft camomile and sweet apple notes, tempered with light mint.

I brew this with sugar and a bit of oat milk, it’s delicious and sets me up perfectly for a good nights sleep, love it
