Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

On postage costs; if we messed something up or we didn't meet your expectations, we'll pay the cost of sending the item back. If the tea just wasn't to your taste, we might ask you to cover the return postage.
