Solstice means the standing still of the sun. It is the longest day of the year and the time when the sun is at its maximum elevation. For Pagans it is the moment the Goddess takes over the earth from the horned God at the beginning of spring, placing her at the height of her power and fertility.
To celebrate this auspicious midsummer moment, we leverage the power of the sun with a blood orange and apple-based fruit tea, accented with a mix of flowers and plants.
Caffeine free and also perfect as a cold brew, Solstice is refreshing, citrusy, but not overly sweet.

Tasting notes: Bright and bold blood orange flavour with a lingering soft sweetness and tangy citrus undertones.
Brewing instructions: 2-3g, 5-7mins, 100°, 200ml
Ingredients: Apple, Hibiscus, Orange, Rosehip, Marigold + Safflower petals, Natural flavours (organic compliant).
Colour: Blood red with a hint of copper.

Great tea Smells amazing and I actually mix it with a black tea so I can have milk and because I'm not a fan of fruit teas on there own!! And the mixture works really well for my pint of tea in the morning.
Have been enjoying this hot and cold with a dash of honey. Smell is sublime.
As with all fruit teas, this smells bloody amazing, but doesn’t deliver on taste the way other teas from Black Prism do. Which is a shame, but not entirely unexpected.
