Fortress: Warding Immunity Tea Blend

What can I say: Just WOW! So many flavour changes in one sip. Beautiful blend.

My delivery of Black Prism teas arrived just as I came down with one of those annoying summer cold things where your head & throat, and even your bones hurt.
Normally I would brew my own magic potion of fresh ginger, liquorice, lemon and ginger to combat such situations but since there happened to be a pouch of Fortress in the package, I plumped for that instead.

2 heaped teaspoons was enough for my little 500ml pot, and once I'd poured a large mug could refill again with more boiling water and there was still plenty depth of flavour in the second steeping.

The flavour is definitely lemon and ginger forward, with a pleasing level of liquorice, whilst the floral notes of elderberry and rosehip round it off nicely.

Copious brewings over a few days definitely helped ease my sore throat and the resulting cosy hug in a mug soothed my aches.

The tea is also actually very pretty ... a lovely assortment of dried lemon pieces, leaves, petals and lemon chunks; and has a gorgeous fragrance both before and after brewing.

Will definitely purchase this particular tea again, and I'm looking forward to trying some other varieties.

This is a very nice tea ingredients compliment each other beautifully. Will definitely be purchasing more and look forward to tasting more flavours.

I've only recently discovered Black Prism and they are instantly my favourite. This tea is gorgeous and has encouraged me to drink less coffee. It's still really nice cold too which is great as I have a habit of not finishing a brew whilst it's hot. Love these teas so much i've ordered a few more to try

We really enjoy the taste of the Fortress Tea. We enjoy the sharpness of the Lemon & Dried Ginger. It is a very revitalising tea, good for clearing the head and sinuses. It is good for clearing negative energy after doing spirit work.
Our go to tea in the day.
