A peppermint tea blend with an extraordinary mix of flavours, this is an exceptional and unusual tea for any time of day, as delicious as it it is rejuvenating.

Inspired by the 3,000 year-old Ayurvedic tradition of Kerala, Indian spices such as cinnamon and cardamom join lemon balm and ginger as well as antioxidant rich liquorice, fennel and Burdock root.

Brewing instructions: 2-3g, 5-7mins, 100°, 200ml

Ingredients: Ginger, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Lemon Balm, Liquorice, Fennel, Burdock Root, Cornflower Petals

Tasting notes: Strong mint base intertwined with a hint of spice. Sweet cinnamon and liquorice linger in the background.

Soothing tea

This tea has a lovely peppermint base, and is very soothing to the senses.

Not your basic mint tea

If you are want a basic peppermint tea, this isn't want you want. This is an amazing mix of flavours that tastes amazing. Even with all the different flavours, there isn't too much going on, they compliment each other amazingly.
Recommended for when you have, or are getting over a cold and everything tastes funny but you want something nice to drink.
